If you're dealing with workplace injuries, sports-related discomfort, or ongoing musculoskeletal issues, you'll work directly with a licensed and insured therapist who collaborates with workman's comp, attorneys. and physicians to get your wellness and range of motion back. Every treatment includes clear explanations prior to your session so we are both clear as to what the session will consist of during your session. Short on time but need relief from tension and stress? Chair massage provides focused work on your neck, shoulders, and back while you remain fully clothed in a comfortable seated position. It's a great way to introduce first-timers to the therapist techniques.
Your feet carry you through every day and often bear the consequences. Targeted foot work addresses tarsal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, general soreness, and tension that radiates up through your legs.
Sometimes your muscles need assistance to lengthen properly. Passive stretching involves gentle manipulation of your limbs through their natural range of motion, helping to improve flexibility without requiring active effort from you. This is at least 30 min of slow stretching movement with communication between client and therapist and is followed by a deep tissue massage.
Pregnancy creates unique physical demands on your body as it changes week by week. Specialized prenatal techniques safely address lower back pain, swelling, and muscle tension while supporting your comfort throughout this important time. This is for expectant mothers in their 13th week or late. Fetus massage is optional.
